kBanners4SobiPro: The Ultimate Banner Manager for SobiPro
Usually the new year's eve is a place for new resolutions and new hopes. In that light, we are quite happy and proud that we actually managed to kick off the new year with a realised resolution, a whole new product and quite a good one as we think of it; We are quite proud to announce the first product for the year of 2012 by Kulendra.Net, kBanners4SobiPro, the ultimate banner manager for SobiPro.
kBanners4SobiPro is built on the same concept as other banner management products from Kulendra.Net, it is not enough to just have a banner manager, you should be able make sure that the advertising is targeted. kBanners4SobiPro achieves this by allowing users to assign banner groups to specific sections, categories or sub-categories of SobiPro. This allows the SobiPro admins to define which of the banners should be displayed in a given category. Admins can further configure if the banners should be displayed on each individual item page or only in the category views only.
One other place where the banners could come in handy is the main page of SobiPro. Particular page does not belong to one category but pretty much everyone lands there and therefore is a prime spot for advertising. kBanners4SobiPro allows you to do this by allowing banner groups to be assigned in to the frontpage only. If needed, you can assign the same banner group to category pages with a single click.
One of the most important requirements in banner management is the ability to set up featured banners. Given the large number of banners a site may attract, some advertisers would be willing to pay more to ensure that their banners are always displayed. kBanners4SobiPro allows admins to set up various levels of featured adverts by setting the ordering of the banners. Banners of the same order will be displayed in random and the banners with a higher ordering will be displayed prior to the lower ordered banners.
Like in any banner management extension, kBanners4SobiPro comes with click tracking. What's great about the tracking module in kBanners4SobiPro is that it not only identifies the IP and time, it also records the URL the banner was clicked from and also the module id. This allows admins to easily identify the best performing pages and positions and sell them at a premium. kbanners4SobiPro also allows admins to automate the banner management by setting a click limit or a activation and an expiry date of the banners.
